THIS IS TO CERTIFY that on the 6th day of Ju ne , 1958, a final inspec-t
ion was made of the bridge across the channel of the San Antonio River at
White Avenue located in or near San Antonio, Texas , said work having been
done under contract dated May 28, 1957, between Cage Bros . and The San
Antonio River Authority.
TH IS IS TO FURTHER CERT IFY:
I. That the work has been comp leted in accordance with the plans
and specifications and alI addenda, change orders, and supplemental agree-ments
thereto, with the following exception :
Upon completion of channel, columns wi I I be finished
down to the elevations noted on the plans and approved
by the Engineer.
2. That Cage Br os . has presented a Certificate and Release stating,
under oath, that al I claims arising out of the per formance of the work have
been satisfied, that alI the ter ms, provisions and conditions of the con-tract
have been fu lti I led, and that The San Antonio River Authority is r e-leased
f r om alI claims arising under or by virt ue of said contract.
3 . That the performance bond is sti I I in effect and r elease of
same wi I I not be given unti I completion of column finishing upon notif ica-tion
of comp let ion of channel as provided in paragraph No . I.
